Ok some people just need to mind their own business. I can't even tell you how many people have asked me if I'm gonna breast feed or not. I don't care if close friends or family asks me but when strangers ask and then tell me what I should do I just want to tell them to mind their own business. Don't worry I've never said that to anyone but is it wrong for me to want to tell these people to not worry about what I do with my baby and to keep their opinions to themselves? I don't understand why people who I barely know think they can tell me what is right for my baby. I had this lady today at work tell me that breastfeeding is the only way and that women who don't breastfeed are damaging their babies immune system. I didn't even know what to say. I just gave a half smile, nodded my head and walked away. Honestly, what do you say to that? Anyway sorry about venting but sometimes I don't understand why people think they can tell you what you should or shouldn't do with your life or your baby which hasn't even been born yet.

Sorry bird! You'll get that, but you did the right thing by smile and walking away. We were all bottle fed and turned out fine. We have never bben sickly ill ever, so who's to say breast milk makes your system stronger. I have known some sicly kids that were only nursed. So, which is better? I think whatever is best for you and your baby is however you want to feed them. It's your call, no one elses! I love you and you will be a great mama!
LOL! your funny, but it's so true. I think now days people are more nosier and open than ever! Just start your babies out w/ dr. pepper and rolos and I am sure they will turn out! haha
Just say, You do what you want with your boobies and I'll do what I want with my boobies! I LOVED breastfeeding it does have it perks, but so does bottlefeeding. Take the good and the bad and be the best mom! Welcome to "THE POINT OF LIFE" where you don't have to do whatever anyone says. You're in charge of your body and baby! Have fun and just enjoy!
Yeah people are nozy. I had to stop nursing Jaxon at 8 weeks, because of stuff that it did to me and how bad it was hurting me, and I hated having to, but he has been just fine! But when I tell people that they think I am a horrible mom. I just want to say, you're right, me and Jaxon both crying while trying to nurse- that's worth it! NOT! Oh well, they did what they want and now it is your turn to do what you want- and what you 2 need! There will be many other things that people try to tell you that you should do too! Good luck!
